End User License Agreement

License

37route grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes subject to this Agreement.

Accounts & Credentials

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of logins and for all activity under your account.
• You represent you have authority to connect third‑party integrations (e.g., email, QuickBooks) and will comply with their terms.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use; no reverse engineering or circumvention of security.
• No uploading of malicious code or infringing content.

Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant 37route a limited license to process data to provide the service. We implement reasonable safeguards and handle data per our Privacy Policy.

Availability & Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or third‑party outages may affect availability.

Fees

Fees (if applicable) are set forth in your order. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension.

Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 37ROUTE AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with notice and opportunity to cure, or for convenience per your order terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will delete data per our retention policy.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State where 37route is organized, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
